    This came out of a Civil War collection I had years ago. I did not know why it was in with the other soldier letters as it was just an empty envelope but was related for some reason to have been kept with what was in that grouping. The paper this envelope was made of is that delicate thin paper too so is quite old obviously. I havent been able to decipher the letters after the persons name.
