    Rare Caricature Jeff Davis Hanging "He Shall Wave".
    #26 with a Cleveland, Ohio CDS and circular grid cancel on a rare caricature design in red & blue "He Shall Wave" with a line of soldiers, flag and Jeff Davis hanging. The cover has some soiling and tears at the top. Scarce design listed as Bischel 1699 for 0.00.
