    Civil War Quartermaster Stores transfer of a boat and 2 oars, George England and B (uel). A. Man 26th US Colored Troops, Beauford S.C. July 15 1865, signed by Mann (signature light but very legible), stores transferred by England to Man, VF two light vertical folds.
