This is an original American Civil War patriotic cover depicting Lady Liberty next the Seal of the State of New York with the "Eureka" above it. This is a beautiful red, white and blue cover. It is marked as being "for sale by Wm. Ridenburgh of New York" on the back.
This is a great state related cover that cannot be found for sale online and a great piece.
It has some damage on the back from being glued into an album - but is in very good condition altogether.
