A CSA #4 on a pinkish cover with part of the rear flap missing and repaired from a rough opening, generally-accepted to be a Lynchburg, Virginia Overpaid Drop usage. The stamp is tied by a circle "PAID 1" made out of Prewar "PAID 3." Addressed to "Miss Queen Clark, Care of C. C. Clark, Lynchburg, Va."
