There is no letter present - you are only purchasing the postal portion.
Confederate #4 - a STUNNING Top Left Sheet Corner Margin Copy (with part of the adjacent stamp at the bottom), cancelled "ORANGE C.H. Va. APR 8 [1862]" in black with part of the handstamp cancellation device holder at the top.  The Circular datestamp is almost perfectly centered like a clock dial.  Addressed to "Mr. Duncan G. Campbell, Care of Henry Cook, Esq., New Clifton House, Corner Clay & 8th Street, Richmond, Virginia."  An absolutely wonderful cover.
