Letter Hi Lites......
.
General Cadwalder was expected here yesterday, not Genl. Scott as I wrote to you.......Carl Sentz has just told me the Band were to give a concert this afternoon.......Music in my mind exercising a softening feeling upon them and excites a good influence........ I see by the bulletin the troops have commenced to leave Chambersburg. The 1st Artillery Troop being in the Van. I do not think Genl Scott intends to remain quiet but will push a large force South before many days
